Ulcers are usually caused because of eating a lot of spicy food, infection or stress. Ulcers can be caused anywhere in the body - be it the stomach or mouth. It one which is extremely painful and quite traumatic as well. Listed below are quick easy remedies to this super painful problem.

Yoghurt

Yoghurt is an all rounder when it comes to curing. They contain lactobacillus which helps in digestion - as it balances the bad bacteria with the good bacteria. Yoghurt also soothes the mouth helping in curing it quick.

Honey

Honey is great for your mouth. You can either keep having honey in warm water twice a day till your ulcers last or simply apply honey. This sweet remedy possess major healing power and can help in your wound healing quickly.

Baking soda

One of the best gifts to mankind, baking soda is great for ulcers too. Take some baking soda and add a few drops of water to it. Make a thick paste and apply it on the affected areas. Keep it on for a few minutes and then rinse it with water. Repeat this process thrice a day for best results.

Apple Cider Vinegar

Another great ingredient which helps in curing mouth ulcers is apple cider vinegar. It acidity from it kills off all the bacteria making your mouth ulcer free. Take 1 teaspoon of ACV and mix it with half a cup of water. Rinse your mouth with it for about a minute.

Toothpaste

A quick fix is definitely your toothpaste. Take some on a bud and apply it inside your mouth. Leave it on for a while and wash it off with mild water. Try this on twice a day for best results. This majorly works because the toothpaste has antimicrobial capacity which will help in clearing off the infection.

Coconut milk

Another quick fix. Just gargle your mouth with coconut milk for a few minutes and rinse your mouth with mild water. It has a soothing quality which will help in reducing the pain, making it milder.

Turmeric

Turmeric as we all know is a great antiseptic. Take 2 tablespoon of turmeric and one tablespoon of water. Make a thick paste and apply it on the affected area. Leave it on for a couple of minutes. This might burn for a while but hold on. Rinse it off with water. Keep doing this twice a day for quick and best results. Turmeric has anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial properties which can give you quick relief from this massive pain.

Eating Calcium rich and Vitamin B and C rich foods really help when you have ulcers. Make sure that you completely avoid eating anything which is sour or spicy as it will only further aggravate the situation.
