Most of us forget how important warm-up is. They don’t help burn calories or lose those inches but they are very important for your workout and your body. Skipping a warm-up is usually very tempting but we tend to forget that it puts our body at risk and makes it unhappy too. It’s important to keep your blood rushing before you push your body. There is a reason why professionals stick to a warm-up routine. If you think that your warm-up may exhaust your body or push it too far then chances are that you are doing it all wrong or just overthinking it. Not doing a warm-up may result in a set back in your life and fitness regime. This is why the warm-up is so important.
1. It prepares your heart, lungs, and muscles for a work-out. This ensures that your blood vessels and heart are prepared. It ensures that your body is prepared to adjust to the high requirement of blood and oxygen. It makes your muscles supple and enhances it.
