Meghan Markle's go to workout is the same that we have been told to do all our lives
The Duchess of Sussex is in love with yoga and has been practicing it for ages and thinks it is “so fantastic”!
The Duchess of Sussex is widely known for her impeccable fashion sense, grace and poise. Meghan Markle is currently expecting her first child with Prince Harry but still manages to look amazing at all the events she attends. This comes as no surprise, considering she is a huge fan of working out even during her pregnancy! And while most other mothers crave for chocolates, junk food and all things unhealthy, reports state that the ex Suits star is craving workouts at this point!
This should come as no surprise considering the royal has previously spoken about her love for Pilates and yoga to numerous people. Markle is known to make small talk with yoga fans from the crowd that comes to greet her from time-to-time. Recently, she stopped to interact with a yoga fan and revealed, “A nice practice would be so fantastic right now!”
Previously, she mentioned to another fan that she would wake up at 4.30 am in her room, when she was touring Australia with Prince Harry. And all of this only because she couldn’t sleep!
Her love for this form of exercise and meditation goes back a long way, though she was not always open to the idea of it. The Duchess mentioned in earlier interviews that her mother introduced her to this practice but she was “very resistant” to yoga as a child. But her mother did not lose hope and told her daughter that someday, she too would find her practice.
Once Meghan got into university, she started practicing yoga more regularly. Her trainer even came on record to say that Markle would try to improve her yoga postures and she would help her. More reports suggest that the Royal couple will be adding a yoga studio to their condo in Windsor so that the Duchess can practice yoga anytime she wants!
