We asked Diksha Chhabra to reveal whether the diet is good or bad and one should follow the same or no. She stated, "The ketogenic diet is a very good diet but it is a very complicated one too. Many people research on the internet and plan their own keto diet and half information is not good, that's the only problem, if done and planned properly it will give results to people who have poor metabolism, or those who have insulin resistance, diabetes, PCOD, and thyroids as well."
She also revealed how one diet cannot help everybody and it has to be customized one as every diet is made for you if it's bespoke. She also said if this diet is not done properly then it will backfire and lead to weight gain and even cholesterol can go up.
