They tend to start first, but because of their poor time management skills, they end up finishing the work last. 

Some people like to reach places before time so that they don't get late, while others can't help but get late every time. Be it a meeting, a brunch, a social gathering or an official event, some people are always late. They have it in their personality to be late. Taurus:

Taureans are never on time. They like to be on time, but more than that they love getting ready for work. So, even if it takes them a couple of minutes extra than usual they'll make sure to groom themselves before leaving the house. It means whoever is waiting for them on the other end, will have to wait and wait.

Scorpio:

Scorpions are disciplined and like to plan things. But when it comes to time management, they can't help but get late. They always set an alarm the night before to wake up on time but end up hitting the snooze 15 times, making them late for the first scheduled appointment. They try to be more disciplined in life but end up sleeping more than usual. 

 

Leo:

Leo loves to procrastinate and making people wait. They are always distracted, and even if they want to do something good for their loved ones, they always get side-tracked by something else and end up wasting their time and the time of others.

 

Gemini:

Geminis are not interested in time management. They are the ones who like to make people for them. They are so disrespectful of the timing of others that once people catch wind of this trait, the invitations stop altogether. No one wants them around after a while, because they are always late and rude to people.

Libra:

Libras are always confused and hence cannot commit. Because of this issue, they not only waste others time but also waste their money. Librans don't show up after someone's spent money on their ticket. They waste everybody's time and don't apologize to anyone for their incredibly poor time management skills.
