We hate that extra flab on our upper body. That fat can drive us crazy. They may be called love handles but we feel no love for them. They are also known as muffin tops. We may like muffins but we sure as hell don’t like muffin tops! No matter how much you diet those love handles aren’t going anywhere. They are stubborn and it’s just impossible to make peace with them. We just don’t want to sit there looking fat at all! Muffin top needs much more than a simple diet plan. In order to get rid of the excess fat and flab on your sides, you need a strict workout routine. Here are some things that you can do to achieve your fat loss goals.

1. Set a workout routine. Don’t skip out on it. Workout at least 3 to 4 times a week and plan a high-intensity workout for those stubborn muffins!

2. Bicycle Crunches- It focusses on your abs and sides. It helps you reduce the fat on your sides. Include this in your workout routine. Do it 10 to 15 times in one session.

3. Side Plank- Just like its name, it targets your sides. This exercise targets your sides where all the flab exists. It’s just like a plank but on your side instead of the front. Do it at least 10 to 15 times for both sides.

4. Front Bend- It makes your abdominal muscles work. It helps them to stretch and reduce. Do this exercise at least 20 times.

5. One Hand Toe Touch- It is another exercise that works your sides. You sit and stretch and touch your toe from the side. This exercise helps to get your sides in shape. Do it 15 times for each side.

6. Russian Twist- It helps you work your torso muscles and reduce them. You can use a dumbbell or a ball for this exercise. Do it 15 times for each side.
