Coachella : Festival goers catch thief with 100 stolen iPhones
Attendees use the 'Track my phone' mobile app to catch him...
The thief obviosuly didn't think it through. The Coachella music festival is filled with thousands of tech-savvy people who aren't exactly the kind you could easily fool.

While we're used to hearing the usual after-event Coachella talk like, did you see Rihanna’s outfit? or "Is that DJ Snake?" — there's been other talk doing the rounds this time around.
It started when festival-goers began to realize their phones had gone missing, which isn’t completely unusual at concerts like that. But when they activated their “Find My Phone” apps, most of them were able to trace them to 36-year-old, Reinaldo De Jesus Henao.
Reinaldo De Jesus Henao was caught and detained by security workers. When the cops arrived, they found over 100 stolen iPhones in the man's backback! Henao, of New York was there by arrested on suspicion of grand theft and possession of stolen property. He was released after posting $10,000 bail, according to records.
Social media is such a large part of Coachella's culture and be it the fashion, food or music - all are constantly being uploaded on Snapchat, Instagram and more. No wonder it didn't take long for several festival-goers to notice that their phones had disappeared. While the thief did an undeniably smooth job at stealing the phones, he obviosuly didn't think his plan out till the end and underestimted the power of the tech-smart digital world!
