Our body has seven chakras which help to flow energy properly in the body and mind. But when these chakras are blocked, they cannot help the energy flow freely in the body. As a result, our emotions, self-expression, creativity get damaged. So, here are the signs of chakra ailments which show that they are blocked.

Signs of blocked chakras of our body:

Root Chakra

Root chakra or Muladhara is located at the base of your spine. If it is not open, then you may experience:

Problems in the legs, feet, rectum, tailbone and immune system.

Different issues with male reproductive parts.

Arthritis, knee pain, sciatica.

Eating disorders and constipation.

Intense stress about money and financial stability.

Sacral Chakra

Also known as Swadhisthana, Sacral chakra sits below our navel. It shows these symptoms when it’s blocked:

Sexual and reproductive problems.

Urinary and kidney problems.

Pain in the hips, pelvic and lower back area.

Inability to express emotion or love.

Non-stop fear of being betrayed.

Solar Plexus Chakra

It is also known as Manipura and is located in the abdomen. A blocked Manipura will show these issues:

Digestive problems.

Chronic fatigue.

Issues with gallbladder and pancreas.

Constant fear of getting rejected.

Constantly criticising own self.

Heart Chakra

Heart chakra or Anahata sits near the heart. A blocked Anahata will show these symptoms:

Asthma.

Pain in arm and wrist.

Upper back and shoulder problems.

Feeling of jealousy and bitterness.

Throat Chakra

It is also known as Vishuddha which resides near the throat. When this chakra is not open, then you may have:

Pain in the neck and shoulder.

Inability to express anything.

Fear of being out of control.

Third Eye Chakra

Also known as Ajna, the third eye chakra is located at the middle of the eyebrows. When Ajna is out of balance, then you may have:

Headache.

Disturbed vision.

Sinus problems.

Moodiness and stubbornness.     

Crown Chakra

It is also called Samsara or Sahasrara and it resides at the top of our head. If it’s not open, then it shows these symptoms:

Having rigid thoughts.

Fear of alienation.

When you experience these symptoms, you should focus on the chakras and try to enhance them. There are many methods of healing these energies to help them flow through the body and mind.
