Tired of arguing with your partner all the time? Here are 5 ways to stop your arguments
Every relationship comes with fights and arguments. These kinds of conflicts are unnecessary and do no good to your relationship.
A good debate where you share ideas and thoughts is healthy but a baseless argument leads to conflicts. Arguments like who did more chores or what time you came home last night, with such arguments the more important matters get hidden. Arguing comes naturally but there are ways in which you can prevent such debates. Instead of giving your time to such negative debates, you may spend some quality time together.

Don't Argue
Here are 5 ways in which you can stop arguments with your partner.
Compromise
In situations, where you know the argument won’t stop, learn to compromise and agree to what your partner says. This will not only make your partner feel that you understand but also end the argument. Later, when your partner is calm and relaxed, talk to him/her about the matter and sort it out. It’s hard to compromise but it’s the best for both of you.
Apologize
All of us feel that an apology is a sign of guiltiness. Saying sorry to your partner while you are having a baseless argument, shows you owe part of responsibility and respect your partner. A single sorry would give a quick end to your argument which would otherwise lead to greater conflicts.

Don’t Raise Your Voice
Raising your voice may heat up the argument. Talk softly and understand what your partner is trying to say. A soft tone reduces anger.
Don’t bring up issues from the past
You might be tempted to bring up issues from the past to use them as a hammer against the current issue. This will create a stockpile of arguments and lead to fights. Solve the current situation and deal with it calmly. If you have unresolved queries about your past situation, talk about it later.

Meditate
If your partner and you argue often, both of you must meditate together. This clears the mind and keeps the soul happy. Your capacity to feel anger reduces. Meditate every morning for at least 30 minutes.
