‘Friendzone’ as a concept has been memed, spoken about at length and has become a part of our daily lives conversation. While many sympathise with the ones going through it, the other half of mankind uses this tool to politely turn down people whose feelings they cannot reciprocate to. Well, in today’s listicle we are jotting down the various zodiac signs and what excuses they give to friend-zone you. Let’s begin! 

Aries 

The super focused - atleast that’s what they say will always give work as an excuse to friend zone you. They’ll tell you that they really dont have time for love and that all their attention is only on their work and achieving their goals. 

Taurus 

The warm and gracious Taurus are extremely attached to their relationships even if it has ended. The reason they are most likely to give you is that they are just out of a bad relationship and want to focus on themselves for now rather than jumping in the same pool again. 

Gemini 

The cleverest way to slide down a proposal is by using a Gemini’s trick. They’ll politely tell them to first be friends and then leave the rest on destiny as anything can happen in the future. 

Cancer 

Similar to what a Taurean has to say. A Cancerian will tell you that they’ve already been hurt many a times before and they just dont have it in them to take a risk again. They’ll need some buffer time before they jump into the pool again. 

Leo 

Leos can get a little too over the top. They’ll use the defensive tactic where they’ll reason it out by saying that they dont want to risk it as they are scared that they might end up breaking your heart as they are super difficult to handle. 

Virgo 

Majorly upfront in their approach. Virgos are high on guilt. They rather be clear than go all around the bush. A Virgo will tell you that they do not see a future with you and they really dont want to waste your time.

The soft and sweet Librans will confess to them liking you but they’ll also add that they do not want to lead you on with wrong hopes as they dont think they’re ready for a relationship. 

Scorpio 

One to take the most advantage out of a situation. A Scorpion is most likely to have a no strings attached fling and then just never call you back ever again. Brutal! 

Sagittarius 

A Sagittarius will tell you that there’s a lot that they have to figure out and explore before taking the big plunge and settling down. They’ll give you the most practical reason and you’d be in no state to refuse it. 

Capricorn 

The super caring Capricorn will tell you that they have a lot on their plate already and they cannot afford to invite more. They’ll also be clear about not being in the state of mind to be in a relationship as they dont want you to suffer because of their issues. 

Aquarius 

Aquarius will try to dodge the topic and just give you indirect signals. They’ll continuously talk about the someone else they liked or their ex they broke up. 

Pisces 

Going down the classic route. A Pisces will tell you that they want to concentrate on themselves and wants to take a break from dating. They want to figure out who they really are as a person before getting into any commitment.
