Carrie Bradshaw is love. If you're a Sex and the City fan, you know what I'm talking about. The girl is feisty, unapologetically feminine and as real as it gets.

Carrie, unlike other TV show leads, was like a breath of fresh air. An ambitious, fabulous girl, who lived in a $700 a month apartment on the Upper East Side in New York; She was smart yet vulnerable, bad-ass yet soulful, she knew her louboutins from louis vuittons and fought for the fairytale that she believed existed. She was beautiful but she wasn't perfect and that's what made her so lovely. That's where we could connect.

While the show aired between 1998 to 2004, the impact it created is eternal. Apart from giving us some major fashion goals and raising the bar when it comes to witty one liners, the superstar from Sex in the City taught us to believe in serendipity. She taught us that it's okay to not be okay sometimes, and that we must never throw our hands up in defeat. That's why I say, Carrie Bradshaw is love!
