As a person you can either be extremely clingy or extremely independent. Sure, everybody has a little bit of both since everybody needs people around them at some points and their space at other points, but all that varies is the degree of this trait. Astrology has a lot of influence on what kind of person you are. Here is where you rank on being clingy to independent, according to your zodiac sign. 

Cancer

People belonging to this sign need to be around other people and need human contact at all times. They need to be reassured and around their loved ones at all points. Even if they are far away, they need to constantly be in touch via texts, calls, etc. 

Libra

People from this sign hate being alone and to themselves. They tend to cover up for this neediness with a lot of charm but that's okay because they are super fun to be around. They fill silences with fun conversations and bring life to otherwise boring situations. 

Pisces

One of the most emotional signs out there, they constantly need to have somebody to love and somebody to love them back. They don't do solo things very well. This level of neediness often makes them vulnerable and one of the most selfless people. 

Aries

Aries are extremely patient and calm beings so you might not see their neediness at first, but internally they need to be loved, they need to be pampered and they also need to be right. They are also extremely possessive people but all of this, they don't share with the world. 

Virgo

Virgos actually seem like one of the most independent and self-reliant signs out there but they when it comes to people they are fond of, they go all out to ensure they are happy. They are always terrified that their partner will someday stop loving them and that they are not good enough. Safe to say they are extremely insecure. 

Scorpio

Scorpians aren't the most needy or clingy people. But when they get too invested in another person, this personality can take a 360 degree turn. They become so needy and clingy that it might seem stalker-ish which might scare the other person off. 

Gemini

A true mixed personality, Geminis are often confused about what they want, themselves. They don't want to be tied down by a person but at the same time they don't want to be ignored or alone. They want to be loved and love attention. 

Leo

Leos might think they are extremely independent creatures, but the truth of the matter is that they are only independent as long as the complements and attention is on them. Once it fades, they begin to question themselves and attach themselves to anybody who puts the spotlight on them. 

Capricorn

Capricorns could easily be one of those signs who can manage everything on their own. They tend to rely on those they trust and can get needy in relationships. But once they are gain confidence in the other person, they get a hold of themselves. 

Aquarius

Aquarians are the personification of independence. They love being by themselves and can do literally anything on their own. They hate being a burden on other people and they always manage to deal with every situation on their own, and take pride in this. 

Taurus

Taureans are too busy to be needy or clingy. They always have somebody to meet, something to finish up, and prefer to do everything on their own without depending on anybody else. They also aren't afraid to stick to their beliefs, thoughts and plans, no matter what the other person's feelings are. 

Sagittarius

The most independent of the signs, Sagittarians when start living with somebody need to calm down and even be taught to let the other person contribute and do something. This behaviour often leads their partners to become lazy, which they don't appreciate.
