Ingredients: 1 medium-sized apple, some ginger, 2-3 cups of water, and 1 teaspoon of honey. 

Method: Cut apples into tiny pieces, place grated ginger in a bowl. Brings 3 cups of water to boil by adding apple and grated ginger. Let it boil for 10-12 minutes, and make sure that the properties of apple and ginger are soaked in the water. Let this mixture cool down for a while. Then put all of this in a blender, and blend it well till the food items are dissolved, and the drink forms a smooth consistency. Your apple-ginger tea is ready. Drink it warm, and it's best to consume it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach for weight loss and fat burn.
