Struggling with menstrual cramps? Here are some foods that can help
We’ll do anything to get rid of the pain but including these foods in your diet may help reduce the period pain drastically.
When that time of the month is just around the corner, we all live in constant fear of staining and then there are some of us who have to put up with PMS, that is, the premenstrual syndrome. You know it’s coming and you can feel the pain and what is to come in a week or two. Nearly all of us hate our periods and we despise the blood and dealing with it for a few days. All that bloodshed is painful and it makes us irritable. The only good part about periods is that we can let our diets go for a toss and binge on unhealthy food that we want without feeling guilty about it. But we fail to realize that even though this unhealthy diet makes us happy and satisfies our hunger it does not help with the pain. The pain you feel in your abdomen and lower back and legs don’t get any better and massaging might just make it worse. The only way out seems to be a painkiller but it isn’t a good thing to take too many medications. Consuming painkillers regularly might make you dependent on them and most of them come with scary side-effects if used for the long term.
