Infertility, in recent years, in India has emerged as one of the most common health issues that affect young couples today. Sedentary lifestyles with minimum physical activity, incorrect diet, coupled with various other complementary elements like rising stress level and irregular sleep pattern are a few reasons that lead to the growing rise of infertility in young adults today. According to The Indian Society of Assisted Reproduction in 2019, infertility currently affects about 10 to 14 per cent of the Indian population, displaying higher rates in urban or city areas where every one in six couples are impacted with infertility issues. 1. Male factor

2. Female Factor
