Instant noodles
Instant noodles are dehydrated noodles that are packed with preservatives and come with dehydrated vegetables in a cup along with a packet of seasoning.
Instant noodles have a lot of varieties ranging from cup to soba to udon and are basically, for the ease of cooking.
All you need is hot water to cook the instant noodles and you are good to go. They are convenient and can be cooked at home without any hassle.
Ramen
Ramen is made of hand-pulled wheat noodles and is a traditional Japanese noodle soup. It usually consists of pork or chicken stock and has toppings like scallions, bamboo shoot, etc.

It consists of a fish, meat, or vegetable-based broth and tare which is a sauce, that is made of Shoyu or miso.
Ramen is all about “umami” which means “delicious taste” in Japanese and has a savoury flavour profile.
