"I cook an awesome Ginger Chicken people who have tasted that have only licked their fingers" - Vindhya Tiwary on her new business venture

Television actress Vindhya Tiwary recently launched her own with an eatery in the suburbs. Talking more about her latest venture, Vindhya tells,"I have been always fond of food and cooking. And specially when you are alone in the city for your career you need to know basic cooking to survive. The plan to come up with an eatery was always in my mind."

Vindhya opened the food joint in partnership with another person. The food joint delivers authentic Mughlai food across the Mumbai suburbs. "We did not open a restaurant because that means a lot of investment and comes with a risk. So, we stick to hiring a place and home delivery. I am confident about our food quality because we have got couple of cooks from Lucknow and Kolkata. The cook from Lucknow is an expert when it comes to Biriyani and if anyone wants to get the taste of Kolkata rolls then the cook from Kolkata is there."

When quizzed about her culinary expertise, the debutant entrepreneur said, "I am good in cooking plain yellow daal with a simple tadka, Alu gobi bhaji. In non-veg cuisine, I cook an awesome Ginger Chicken people who have tasted that have only licked their fingers."
