Facelift

For this exercise, flare your nostrils, open your mouth, and draw your upper lip and hold it for around 10 seconds. Curl up your upper lip and lift your cheeks with your fingers. Do this ten times a day to tone your muscles and to reduce the lines and wrinkles.
