Florals for summer? Kareena Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, Katrina Kaif & more show groundbreaking ways to sport it

Florals are one print that are big during spring. And for anybody who has seen The Devil Wears Prada, will always remember Miranda Preistly's deathly glare when florals are mentioned. But it is normal for this trend to take over and then make its way into summer as well since it is all about being bold and blooming into the summer. 

 One of the simplest ways to wear florals, is the summer dress. Bollywood beauties know that there is nothing more simple and pretty than putting on a beautiful sundress that is perfect for the summer months. For a more chic look, take cue from Yami Gautam who opted for a white full-sleeved floral number and paired it with block heels. 

Malaika Arora also set some goals by sporting a monochrome botanical wrap dress that showed off her petite figure and slim waist. Her choice of accessory was stilettos heels that matched her outfit completely. 

Who thought a calf-length dress could be sexy? Disha Patni raised the temperature and gave the floral outfit a whole new twist by picking a bright strappy number that featured a plunging neckline, and paired it with stilettos. 

Not one to shy away from experimenting, Kareena Kapoor Khan also sported a floral maxi dress and looked nothing short of ethereal while doing so. She decided to take things up a notch and pair her floral number with statement earrings and a matching neck piece. A look that is perfect for a romantic date night!

Mrs. Padukone is also one of the biggest trendsetters in the country. Unlike her contemporaries, she opted for a deeper more rustic floral number in maroon and lemon yellow. A large. oversized black bow gave a twist to the otherwise dull outfit.

For a more millennial floral look, one can take cue from Taapsee Pannu who looked ready for summer in this mustard yellow and violet floral co-ord outfit. Nothing spells summer-ready like cold shoulders, crop top and high waisted skirt does. A half-up top knot only reiterates that you are ready to jet set off on your Hawaiian holiday!

And if you thought that florals were only meant for happy summer dresses and the likes, you could not be more wrong! Katrina Kaif and Karisma Kapoor turn florals into desi outfits by sporting pretty botanical printed lehengas by Sabyasachi Mukherjee. It gives the ethnic outfit a more feminine and dainty touch. Don a lehenga like theirs with heavy accessories and hair up like Karisma or with flowy hair sans accessories like Katrina.
