Fashion Faceoff: Shraddha Kapoor or Deepika Padukone: Who wore the purple pantsuit better?

With each passing day, we spot our favourite celebrities wearing strikingly similar outfits while staying on trend. Whether it is in neons, jumpsuits, sarees or even pantsuits, which is all the rage currently. 
This time around, the faceoff is between Deepika Padukone and Shraddha Kapoor who were both clad in purple pantsuits at different times. 

Deepika Padukone was the first to sport the shade back in 2018 when she was attending the Cannes film Festival in the French Rivera. She opted for a stunning pantsuit by MAO and oozed sexiness in the outfit that she wore sans a shirt! The double-breasted blazer featured shoulder pads and bell sleeves and her matching trousers opened up into a flared bottom. Stick to her classic slicked back look, Deepika styled her hair with a side parting and was styled in a poker-straight manner. Small gold earrings and stacked up rings completed her look. Bold, smokey eyes, filled-in brows and neutral shade lips completed her look. 

Shraddha Kapoor wore a pantsuit in a lighter shade than Padukone, by Safiyaa recently. Though the outfit was strikingly similar, it bore subtle differences like her blazer which was single-breasted, sleeves were normal and a ruffle detail on the left side of her blazer collar. Her pants though were flared and in a similar style as that of Padukone's. While Deepika opted to not wear a shirt beneath, Shraddha donned a neon top under her pantsuit. 
Her hair too was styled in a poker-straight manner but was parted in the centre. Well-defined eyes and neutral lips completed her look. 

While both the leading ladies carried off the outfit well enough, we can't help but think Deepika wore it better. We love how bold and powerful she looked and the confidence with which she sported the outfit without a shirt beneath, showing off enough skin.
