Fashion Faceoff: Katrina Kaif or Karisma Kapoor in Sabyasachi?

Fashion faceoffs have honestly become the norm of today. With each passing day we see at least someone wearing designs and creations which are either bang on copied from the former or in the art terminology “inspired” by one another. Bollywood as we all know never shies away from wearing their hearts on their sleeves. Majority of the time fashion face-offs are due to stylists taking inspiration from Hollywood artists or just celebrities back home. This time however, is a different case as we have two of B’Town’s favourite celebrities wearing outfits by the same designer.
Yes! The personalities in question are Katrina Kaif and Karisma Kapoor wear the current hot bed in the fashion industry, Sabyasachi. Last year we saw Sonam Kapoor getting married to Anand Ahuja and the who’s who of the Bollywood industry turning up for the event. One of the attendees was the stunning Karisma Kapoor. The beauty looked flawless in a green floral ensemble. The outfit featured a green blouse with intricate golden embroidery and was paired with a high waisted multi-coloured floral lehenga skirt. She styled her look with a coordinating dupatta, a heavy jadau choker, sleek low bun and a chunky maang-tika. Everything just blended and worked beautifully in this look.
Last night we saw the film industry gracing the grand premier of one of the most awaited films of this year, Bharat. We saw the leading lady of the film, Katrina Kaif looking like a legit living dream as she strutted down the red carpet. Katrina donned a gorgeous black and brown floral ensemble from Sabyasachi as well. Her look included a black high neck and full sleeves blouse which she teamed up with a high-waisted black and brown floral printed skirt and a matching dupatta. A jadau neckpiece, brown smokey eyes, highlighted cheeks and her signature side parted open straight hair finished off her look.
TBH, we always have a winner but this time we stand heavily divided as both of them in their own place nailed the look. While Karisma’s bright floral look is perfect for the day time, Kaif’s deep hues adds charm to the night. Both of them too styled in a similar manner or rather in a signature Sabyasachi style with both opting for choker neck-pieces.
