Fashion Faceoff: Alia Bhatt or Mahira Khan, who wore the pink strapless gown better?

The 10th Masala Awards were held in Dubai recently and it was a star-studded affair. Celebrities from the world of Bollywood and Pakistan film industry looked their stylish best at the event.

Along with our very own Sridevi and other Pakistani beauties such as Mawra Hocane, Saba Qamar and Mahira Khan were in attendance too. Mahira Khan looked stunning in a raw silk strapless gown in a coral hue. The gown was by Rami Al Ali. 

She kept the accessories minimalistic by wearing nothing but a statement yellow sapphire necklace and a bracelet by Bulgari. She wore her hair in a poufy low ponytail and kept the makeup simple with a fresh face of makeup, bold eyebrows and smokey eyes. 

Also seen wearing an elaborate pink, strapless gown was Alia Bhatt, who attended The Big Entertainment Awards that were held in Mumbai earlier this year and Alia Bhatt picked an award for her movie 'Udta Punjab'. She took to the red carpet in a gorgeous pink fit and flare gown by Sachin and Babi from their Resort 2018 collection. The top fit her like a glove and the big skirt made for a perfect red carpet look.

The bright coloured gown did not need any bells or whistles, so Alia style it with a tangerine lip and simple hair. We really like how unexpected the tangerine lip was in contrast to her hot pink gown. The minimalistic look was a no-brainer for the event, however, being the fashionista that Mahira is we expected a more daring look from her.
