Sonam Kapoor was last seen in the movie ‘Ek Ladki Ko Dekha To Aisa Laga’ where she shared screen space with her dad Anil Kapoor. The film was applauded by everyone around for taking a step towards making a film on the LGBTQ Community. Currently, Sonam Kapoor is busy shooting for her upcoming film, ‘The Zoya Factor’, which is based on a novel by Anuja Chauhan by the same name. Along with Sonam, the film stars south sensation Dulquer Salman and Sanjay Kapoor.
Sonam slayed in her neon green gown at an event a day ago, and she gave us another gown outing at the Zee Cine Awards, which were held in Mumbai last night. She wore a lilac gown from Maison Yeya's Spring 2019 collection. Her simple gown featuring a pleat detail bust and a plunging neckline was lent some drama via the attached cape. She styled her look with a pair of dangling earrings, matching rings, a pink tinted lip and old school Hollywood style curls.
With Sonam it's instant love most of the times. However, this look doesn't pack that punch for me. The color is so different and cool, that I'm happy that she picked it out. However, the construction of the gown or the fit on her was not that effortlessly perfect, which made the gown look off. I wasn't particularly excited about that clutch as well.
The hair and make up looked pretty, but that's pretty much all what I liked about this look. But I'm sure by the time it's time for the next awards event, Sonam will knock our socks off again.
