For a Navratri Garba event earlier tonight, Neha Dhupia put forward her best festive look.
She wore a baby blue and maroon lehenga set by Payal Singhal, which had gold embroidery on the tunic, the hem and the dupatta. Dainty earrings and hair in a soft updo rounded her look out.
The color combination was quite unusual, but I like the way Neha put the look together.
