Kangana Ranaut kickstarted the promotions of her new film 'Simran' in Delhi earlier today, where she attended a Youth Conclave.
She wore a black dress by Ulyana Sergeenko, which she styled with a pair of black pumps, a nude lip and voluminous curls.
I love the whole boudoir feel for the look with that lace-y underslip and the sheerness of the fabric. It was also nice to see not go overboard with her hair or the make up.
The only thing that I would change are the shoes. I would have loved to see a strappy sandal.
