Kangana Ranaut was snapped at a popular Mumbai restaurant last night along with her ‘Mental Hai Kya’ team.
She wore a black high neck mini dress from Bebe that she paired with black and brown thigh high boots from Tom Ford. Hair tied up in an unkempt ponytail and minimal makeup rounded her look out.
While I do like the idea of the mini dress with the thigh high boots, but this look rather feels dated on her and lacks the level of chic that I have come to expect from her looks.
