Taylor Swift graced the TIME 100 celebration wearing a beautiful J. Mendel gown
Taylor Swift is not just a singer and song-writer but a full blown pandora of emotions of every millennial kid on the block. The stunner who gave the world “I Knew You Were Trouble”, “Blank Space”, “Bad Blood” and more shot to public demand with her super successful, “Love Story”. Be a girl or a boy, everyone resonated with the music making a chartbuster. Even after the song being over a decade old, fans still widely swoon to this poetic romantic song. However, seems like Taylor was in the “Love Story” mood as she graced the red carpet of Time 100 celebration.
Swift has been successful in engaging her fans with all the cryptic social media posts. It was only further interesting to see her go back to her 2008 avatar. She donned a peach pink and yellow hued flowy maxi featuring off-shoulder bouffant sleeves. She styled her look with front bangs and braided low bun. The outfit was truly whimsical and gave out major fairytale vibes. She stuck to minimal makeup with hints of pink on her cheeks, pink lips and a shimmery highlighter.
Swift took to her Instagram and shared a picture of her in the same J. Mendel gown against a floral backdrop. It definitely did call for summers and a major ring for us to embrace pastels. She captioned her image with “IT’S TIME” adding a bit more fuel to her ongoing crystic story posts. As soon as the post was out, fans were quick to spot the similarity and started making collages of hers from her “Love Story” days and started sharing it on their own handle.
