Sonam Kapoor in Celia Kritharoiti : Yay or Nay?
Sonam Kapoor was in attendance at Hello! Hall of Fame Awards last night. She wore an outfit by Celia Kritharoiti.
The Hello! Hall of Fame awards were held in Mumbai last night and a lot of Bollywood celebrities were in attendance. We had the very lovely Sonam Kapoor also in attendance, who's currently shooting for her next film 'The Zoya Factor'. Sonam was last seen in 'Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga', which garnered positive reviews from the public and the critics and was a step forward in the right direction for proper depiction of the LGBTQ community on the big screen.
For her red carpet look last night, Sonam played with bold colors and we are here for it. She selected a gown from Celia Kritharoiti's Spring Summer 2019 couture collection. Her color block gown had a pink top and a highlighter green waist band and skirt, which made the gown instantly eye grabbing. Adding a dash of more color to her look, she wore a pair of sapphire heart shaped earrings from Zoya Jewels and accessorized her look with a diamond cuff from Mahesh Notandass.
We don't see Sonam wear such a bold color often, so this look felt fresh on her. I love the bold colors and she filled out the dress way better than the runway model. It was playful, yet sophisticated, and she worked it well.
If you follow fashion, you must already know that highlighter hues are still a raging trend and it comes as no surprise that Sonam embraced the trend too.
The only thing that I wish she had done better was the hair. The high top looked a little too flat for us.
