Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif: Best and Worst Dressed at Manish Malhotra Fashion Show

Last night Bollywood’s most loved famous fashion designer, Manish Malhotra showcased his collection, Zween. Needless to say his close friends from the film industry turned up to lend support to the designer. Superstar Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif were the star showstoppers and looked like a vision together. With the Bollywood beauties turning up to grace the event, this leads us to the best and worst dressed from the event held last night.

Sara Ali Khan

The beautiful Sara Ali Khan was in attendance at Manish Malhotra’s Fashion Show last night. She wore a dull grey heavily embellished outfit by Manish Malhotra. The bustier blouse had a 3D structure and a one-shoulder drape effect. The semi see-through blouse was paired with a high waisted heavily embellished and embroidered lehenga. We love how she kept her makeup and hair to a minimal and wore golden shoulder duster dangler earrings to balance the look out.

Athiya Shetty

Athiya Shetty graced the event too. The pretty face wore a Manish Malhotra beige ensemble. Her outfit featured an embellished and beaded high neck cold-shoulder blouse which was paired with a high waisted tiered plain lehenga skirt. Beach wavy hair with minimal makeup and pink lips completed her look. We really wish that she should have opted for a sleek hairdo and a brighter hue lip colour.

Khushi Kapoor

The young and charming Khushi Kapoor wore a floor-length pastel blue outfit which featured elaborate golden floral applique work. The high neck creation had a huge keyhole detail in the front and an over the shoulder sweeping drape. We really like her no-makeup makeup look and her easy-going hair.

Janhvi Kapoor

Dhadak girl Janhvi Kapoor also came in to support her designer friend Manish Malhotra. Janhvi wore a silver and blue creation by the famous designer. Her outfit featured a silver see-through blouse which was teamed with a sea blue skirt with huge silver floral embroidery. Her outfit looked a little too dated and her hair and makeup did nothing to lift her look.

Mouni Roy

Mouni Roy wore a sheer high neck creation with multi-coloured floral embroidery on the outfit. She wore a deep grey strapless short tube dress insert under the sheer outfit. The outfit looked a little out of place on Mouni and her hair and makeup fell completely flat.

Bhumi Pednekar

Bhumi Pednekar attended the fashion show too. The actress donned a rust gold ensemble which featured a beaded blouse and a floor-sweeping layered skirt. She threw in a sheer cape over her shoulders which had multi-coloured tiny feather detailing. Hair left open in soft curls with a fresh face of makeup finished off her minimal yet stunning look.

Nushrat Bharucha

The beautiful Nushrat Bharucha wore a floor-length white outfit featuring heavy floral embroidery in pink and green hues. The actress opted for a sleek hairdo and nude makeup. Though she looked pretty, we feel there was something missing in her look. -    

Katrina Kaif and Salman Khan were the star show-stoppers for the super famous fashion designer. Katrina looked like a vision wearing a silver and deep brown lehenga with heavy floral embroidery all over it. The outfit was paired with a flowy jacket with bell sleeves and beaded dangler detailing. Smokey eyes with heavy beach wavy hair and nude lips completed her breathtakingly beautiful look. Salman Khan, on the other hand, looked dapper wearing a black bandhgala sherwani with intricate embroidery running all over it. The man sure did make hearts melt as he walked the ramp looking extremely handsome.

It was indeed a star studded affair and our favourite stars sure did turn up looking their very best.
