With age and time comes a sense of maturity and that reflects in Masaba Gupta's Autumn Winter 2017 collection that she presented at LFW.

With wedding season coming up this was the right time for Masaba to drop such a collection- aimed at the destination wedding in the tropics for the millennial bride’s trousseau. Masaba Gupta presented her bridal collection inspired by nature and the wild Lakmé Fashion Week Winter/Festive 2017. It was an amalgamation of colour, silhouettes and prints.

Masaba turned the runway into Madagascar and her vibrant collection showcased her signature bold prints, Sakalava tribe face paintings, rich flora and fauna. The colour tone of the collection varied from light peach, grass green, the sun yellow, rich shades of berry, ivory, hints of gold and silver touches to lots and lots of bright pinks.

The key pieces of her collection included- Maxis with white tulle capes, body hugging cholis with pants, pinafores teamed with bell bottom pants. Kurtas were draped or layered, while polo neck long-sleeved Tees were worn with drop-crotch pants. Corsets appeared with saris, skirts and dresses. A tinge of gold and tassels were added to the collection to give it an Indian flavour.

Out and out Masaba's collection has everything for the vibrant millennial bride.
