Rani Mukerji's Raw Mango saree is simplicity and elegance redefined: Yay or Nay?

It has been a while since we saw Rani Mukerji grace the silver screens. The actress who has played some impressive roles in films, is now back with a bang! Her film Mardaani 2 where she plays the role of a female cop and is the sequel to the 2014 film Mardaani. The actress will be reprising her role as inspector Shivani Roy in this film.
To kick off the promotions of the film which goes on floors on December 13, the actress picked out a saree from Raw Mango. The nine yards was the lightest shade of pink and bore white patchwork embroidery scattered across it. A double border - a thin silver one and a thick black one ran through the hem of the outfit.
Mukerji paired this with a silk blouse which bore a V-neck that featured a scalloped crochet hem at the neck.
The actress looked uber stylish in the outfit that she accessorised with statement square sunnies.
Her makeup was kept simple with a flawless base, eyes well defined and lips in a light peachy pink shade. Her hair was styled in a straight manner and left lose cascading over her shoulder.
While we love the colour combination of her drape, and how elegant it looked on the actress, it didn't quite match with her blouse which was a different shade of pink from her saree.
It hung well and accentuated Mukerji's hourglass figure well. The sunglasses also made for a powerful accessory.
