The stunner recently met up with Pinkvilla and revealed the secret to her hot body, something that most of us are dying to know. Malaika spoke in detail about how fitness is extremely important for her, like its a basic essential routine.

Pinkvilla asked Arora as to what is that one key thing that everyone must follow in order to always stay fit and bam comes the reply. She says, “The answer is to not be lazy”. We further asked her why did she choose yoga when there are a plethora of fitness forms available. Malaika said, “Yoga is the origin. It is the mothership of all things related to mind, body and soul. Whether you workout with weights or do fitness training, pilates or swimming, whatever you do, always remember that all of it requires great posture, be aware of your breathing. You do those things and only then will you be able to achieve your desired results.

Not just about yoga, she also gave out the golden secret of what she eats that keeps her so fit and if she believes in any form of dieting. Malaika said that whoever knows her, knows that she hates dieting and eats whatever her heart desires. She also revealed that she does not have any meals post 7-7.30. She added that initially, she would feel extremely hungry but after a few days, her body got used to it.
