Katrina Kaif’s Bharat promotional looks were all about florals and we are tripping over it

Eid is basically a synonym to Salman Khan. You know it’s time for the holy festival when you see huge drop down posters of the mega superstar. Yes, the streak pretty much continues as Khan is all set to smash the theaters with his most awaited film, Bharat. In his own words, it’s his biggest film ever.

The film also features Katrina Kaif as the leading lady,. Kaif who is on a major high with the audiences and critics applauding her for her acting has vowed everyone with Bharat’s trailer. The stunner who plays Kumud Raina in the film has been garnering a lot of appreciation for her look. Two fashion styles that really stood out from Kaif’s promotional wardrobe were sarees and florals.

The Zero actress’ curly hair is already making a lot of waves and has become a huge trend. Like we’ve already mentioned that the star is on a floral high, almost everything that she wore featured that. Katrina had also revealed that it was her director Ali’s idea to incorporate the curly hairstyle in the film to give her a completely different look.

With Bharat almost on the brink of releasing, let’s take a look at some of her best promotional looks for the film.

Sarees all the way

Katrina Kaif in her own words had confessed that she feels the most comfortable in a saree. In fact it is one of her most favourite pieces to wear. Needless to say we saw her don a lot of sarees and again, no points for guessing featuring the floral prints. She donned a classic Sabyasachi from his latest collection for the trailer launch. We feel this kick-started her rendezvous will all things floral.

Post that we saw her in a spunky sunshine yellow saree by Nikasha, an orange floral saree from Tarun Tahiliani and a gorgeous pastel pink Sabyasachi with their trademark belt. One key points to notice is that throughout her saree looks the beauty stuck to her signature side parted open straight hair with minimal makeup.

Breezy dressing

Katrina’s promotional looks also included a lot of beautiful maxi dresses which went well with the weather. Be it her Madga Butrym blue dress or a very similar red Gauri & Nainika, both the outfits featured florals, 3/4th cowl sleeves, asymmetric silhouettes and were styled with light beach waves and curls.

A breath of fresh air came in through her yellow floral Dolce & Gabbana dress. The sweetheart neckline dress was styled in her signature manner and honestly we think she pulled it off really well.

Power dressing

The beauty also gave a lot of statement making looks. To start off with she made our dreams come true by sporting sequins during the day. The midnight blue Cinq-a-Sept outfit gave us major ‘out of the bed’ look but one that stood out for sure. She also chose a blue satin silk pantsuit which we weren’t really a huge fan of.

However, the red Anamika Khanna ensemble more than made up for the satin outfit. Wearing a classic Anamika Khanna creation, Katrina exuded charm and elegance. Our favourite however is the one-shoulder Gauri & Nainika floral pink dress which she wore for one of her promotional looks. Pure love!

Katrina’s promotional wardrobe had us wanting for more. One message which she clearly gave out was that florals are here to stay for her, no matter the season or day.
