Katrina Kaif in Jonathan Simkhai : YAY or NAY?
Katrina Kaif at Ali Abbas Zafar Birthday Party last night. She wore a red Jonathan SImkhai dress.
Katrina Kaif along with her sister, Isabelle Kaif, amongst others were part of birthday celebrations for director Ali Abbas Zaffar at a popular Mumbai restaurant a couple of nights ago. Katrina Kaif is a close friend of the director and has worked with him in various films including, soon to be released film, ‘Bharat’, ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’, ‘Mere Brother ki Dulhan’ and ‘New York’. Interestingly, after Priyanka Chopra walked out of the movie, ‘Bharat’, for personal reasons, Katrina stepped in to fill her shoes. The film is slated for 2019 release.
For the birthday bash, Katrina chose to wear her much preferred colour red, in a Jonathan Simkhai Resort 2019 collection. The red midi satin dress featured puffed shoulders, plunging neckline, ruched detailing in the front and a thigh high slit that she paired with silver metallic sandals, dainty studs and cascading curls rounded her look out. I really like the dress on her and I like that she wore a pair of silver Jimmy Choo Lance sandals to go with it.
Katrina Kaif’s sister, Isabelle who was also in attendance at the birthday celebrations last night, wore an outifit by Avaro Figlio that included a white, halter neck crop top and black wide legged pants. She kept her look simple and classic, with simple hair and make up rounding the whole look out.
Katrina has always loved the hue red and we have seen her sport this colour on multiple occasions over the years.
