We are back to the later half of the year and it is filled with festivals and celebrations. From Ganesh Chaturthi to Navratri and Diwali, the list just does not stop. Amidst all of these festivities, there is Karva Chauth which is no less than any other ones. It is a day where love and life are celebrated and married wives keep a fast for their husband’s longer life. Well, when it comes down to this, the cutest couple that is Anushka and Virat have turned into ‘fasting-partners’ and just like every year, Virat has also kept a fast for a longer life of her gorgeous wife.
As the festivities are an important part of the day, dressing up in the finest desi avatar is what every wife does. Anushka was no different as she went that extra mile to dress up right this Karva Chauth. The actress chose a gorgeous red saree which was perfect for the occasion. The Sabyasachi saree bore floral prints with intricate details and embroideries. She styled it in a traditional way gold jhumkas that literally brushed her shoulders and a gorgeous mangal sutra that signifies their marital bond.
Mrs Kohli went all out as she opted for centre-parted hair with red sindoor over her forehead. She pulled back her hair in a low bun and accessorised it with red flowers making it for a perfect look for Karva Chauth. We are an absolute fan of how gorgeous and happy Anushka looks.
