Irina Shayk walks the runway hand-in-hand with a robot for Philipp Plein

Supermodel and star footballer Cristiano Ronaldo’s ex girlfriend, Irina Shayk hit the ramp yet again and made quite an impact. The Russian model and actress walked for Philipp Plein’s show at the New York Fashion Week. The fashion show was taken to another level giving it a look and feel of a site right out of Roswell.
The first ‘wow’ moment came in when Irina stepped down on the runway from a spaceship but the highlight of the show was when she walked hand-in-hand with a robot. The robot was no ordinary robot, it was well crafted and looked like a member from the Transformers cast with Philipp Plein written all over it.
Irina was clad in an all black Plein branded bodysuit with black sequinned shoes. The robot and the supermodel together, made for quite a nice couple as they walked the runway gracefully. Giving out quite a lot of sci-fi feels!
The designer told BBC in a statement, “A fashion show is a bit like a happy funeral. You work so hard for months on putting a show together, and then the moment you reveal the collection to the public, you've buried it, because then you have to start working on a new one."
The fashion show has only raised expectations and everyone’s looking forward to what Plein would be doing next.
