We all are aware of how ample amount of sleep is extremely important to look healthy and fresh. We’ve put together and compiled home remedies which you can apply in the night and leave it on throughout. Coconut oil face mask

If your skin is dry or irritated then this face mask is sure to do wonders. Not just that it also reduces inflammation, makes it look hydrated and also prevents from sun damage. All you need is 1 teaspoon of extra virgin coconut oil and mix it with your favourite night cream. Apply and massage it on your face and leave it on all night.

Turmeric and milk face mask

This one will really make a huge difference. Take a pinch of haldi or turmeric and 1 tablespoon of raw milk. Mix the two together and using a cotton ball apply it on your face. Let it dry for a few minutes and then wash it away the next day. The mask prevents aging, and has anti-inflammatory properties too. 

Aloe vera gel and Vitamin E face mask

Scoop out gel from an aloe vera leaf and add oil from one capsule of Vitamin E. Mix it well and apply the mixture on your face and neck. Massage it for a while and leave it on overnight. Wash it the next day and keep repeating this everyday. The mask protects the skin and also fills in the glow. 

Almond oil face mask

Natural oils are great in keeping your skin healthy and hydrated. Take 1 teaspoon of almond oil, 1 teaspoon of fresh aloe vera gel and a pinch of turmeric. Mix it all together, apply the mixture on your face and neck and massage it well. Leave it on overnight and wash it away in the morning. 

Olive oil mask

Makes your face look fresh and stress free. Take 1 teaspoon of olive oil and mix it with night cream. Apply it on your face and neck and leave it on overnight. Wash it away with cool water and repeat this process twice a week.
