Happy Birthday Priyanka Chopra Jonas: The actress is a true blue fashionista and style icon; Here's why

Priyanka Chopra is one Bollyoowd actress who has made her mark on an international scale. The former Miss World has proven multiple times that she is a woman of both beauty and brains. Whether she plays the role of Kashi Bai in Bajirao Mastani, powerful businesswoman Ayesha in Dil Dhadakne Do or FBI agent Alex Parrish in Quantico, Chopra has left all her fans overwhelmed by her acting skills and her ability to take on literally any character. What we love the most about Chopra, is that she doesn't hesitate to look and take the part too seriously. 

Whether it is on or off screen, her style is always on point and she always looks paparazzi ready! Here are some of her best looks form the past year. 

We love how she took the formal skirt suit and turned it into casual street style wear. She looked chic in the blush pink outfit and a Dior bag, alongside beau Nick Jonas. 

Taking things up a notch, Priyanka wore a pretty ruffled high-low tangerine and white maxi with a plunging neckline. The outfit was the perfect mix of bold and feminine chic. 

A clear fan of the ruffle trend, Chopra donned another maxi in the similar shade and style. We love how she curled her locks and sported a pair of transparent heels to complete her look. 

Giving rise to the new trend of colourblocking shoes, we love how she carried out the white playsuit with bright yellow cut out boots. The trend is catching on like wild fire and everybody has been sporting it off late. 

For the premiere of her husband's documentary, the actress opted for a sexy dress with a slinky silver chain below it to make for an edgy look proving that she doesn't hesitate from experimentation.

By now it is clear that Chopra loves solid colours and doesn't experiment too much with them. She is open to experimentation with different style outfits though! Case in point, this sky blue silk pleated dress which she paired with a large white belt which cinched her waist. 

Chopra also loves co-ord outfits. We love how brilliant she looked in this tweet yellow and white skirt suit. She radiated elegance and we love that she paired this with transparent plastic boots that went well with the look. 

Channelling her inner desi girl Chopra looked ethereal in a lace nine-yards with a blouse that featured a plunging neckline. The outfit hugged her curves in all the right places and she looked no less than a million bucks!

Also a fan of layering, Chopra went overboard with it and still managed to rock the look in a gold and ivory dress that she wore beneath a lavish feathered white coat, looking no less than royalty!
