Game of Thrones star Sophie Turner aka Sansa Stark is the unconventional bride of 2019

The wedding season is definitely not ending anytime soon. Well, if there is one family who is making the most out of it, then it has to be the Jonas fam. Who can forget the magnificent wedding of our desi girl, Priyanka Chopra and our National jiju, Nick Jonas? The two had an elaborate (well, that would be an understatement, but..) wedding ceremony - comprising of the Hindu and Christian rituals. Following in Nick’s footsteps is none other than his older brother, Joe Jonas, who got married to his lady love and Game of Thrones star, Sophie Turner.

We all know that our beloved Sansa was all set to get hitched with her singer better-half in the summer of 2019; however, no one was expecting it to be this sudden. Famous American DJ Diplo broke the news on Instagram via his stories and fans were left shell-shocked. The newly married couple were seen attending the Billboard Awards along with the Jonas family in Las Vegas. They got married immediately after the award show.

Sophie made for the perfect “chill” bride giving her wedding attire a personal touch and edge. Turner ditched the traditional wedding gown and opted for a white satin off-shoulder flared jumpsuit with the customary veil. She stuck to the same makeup that she wore during the Billboard Awards (ofcourse, given the time between the two events was barely anything, duh!!).

The Lady of Winterfell previously in an interview during the premier of GoT had said how her on-screen baby sister, Arya aka Maisie Williams will be her maid of honour. Fans are eagerly waiting to see the two on Turner’s special day. Meanwhile, on the groom’s side we had Nick and Kevin Jonas who were Joe’s best man.

The handsome groom was dressed in the conventional light grey suit and complimented his ladylove pretty well. TBH, we just can’t wait for the official photographs and videos to come out. Also, we are desperately waiting to see PeeCee post something adorable for the lovely couple.
