Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, Jacqueline Fernandez: Best and Worst Airport looks of the week

Airport looks are our all time beloved category of fashion and why not as we get to see our Bollywood celebrities unaltered. Celebrities have started using the 24-7 following paparazzi to promote their cosy airport looks. These appereances tend to define their personality more than their decked up event looks and celebrities have taken it seriously and are continuously  portraying the best of the lot. Weekend is here! And we have jotted down the best of airport looks this week as celebrities turn the airport into a fashion runway.

Aditi Rao Hydari

Aditi Rao Hydari is as beautiful as a dream. We absolutely love her this look she she donned a breezy beige flared jumpsuit, we love how it sinches her waist and is just perfectly complementing her skin. Open voluminous hair with a dark pout, oxidized earrings and bangles rounded off her look. Hydari has carried this look splendidly and we don’t want to tweak anything.

Jacqueline Fernandez

Jacqueline tells us firmly that the flare pant trend is not going anywhere. She took on the colours of summer as she dressed up in light blue flared pants with a white top and a pretty blush pink blazer, blue slip-ons, brown sunglasses and a pretty neckpiece that finished off her chic airport look. This look is a combination of too many similar tones from the colour palette and we wish that she would have added a quiky part somewhere either by wearing a belt or with a bag.

In the second look Fernandez wore a pretty black floral midi dress with a white bag, for the cold flights she threw on a black leather jacket and let her hair down with a dark lip. We like her charm in this dress and like how she has put things together. 

Nushrat Bharucha

Nushrat has taken summers seriously as she posed in a short denim skirt with a printed quirky white t-shirt. Black peep-toe boots and dark sunglasses finished off her look. The look is cool but it is too much a back-to-school kind and we somewhere feel that the whole look is too casual.

Ranveer Singh

Ranveer Singh doesn’t dress to impress others but for himself. He wore a black eccentric flowery suit with hexagonal sunglasses. The look is really quirky and we like the way he carries it but we wished that he should have opted for a solid colour shirt and shoes as the overall print is a bit overpowering.  

Kangana Ranaut

Kangana is a diva of airport looks. She can dress up in boots and a leather jacket, or a formal suit and a saree, her versatility is hats off.  She donned a light-weight white printed saree with a sleeveless blouse,oversized sunglasses and a dark grey bag. We love her easy-breezy look and no one can carry a saree better than her for a flight. We really like this look but we wish she broke the monotony of the colour somewhere.

In the second look the Tanu weds Manu actress showed up in a floral white off-shoulder maxi dress which is perfect for the sunny season though we wish that she would have added some jewellery to her minimal look.

Anushka Sharma

Anushka Sharma looks highly sophisticated in an off-white dress with a fringed dupatta. The key-hole neck and the red overall star print just looks gorgeous. We really don’t want to change anything here as this is just perfect.

Deepika Padukone

The diva Deepika Padukone looks relaxed in her comfortable off-white kurta with straight-cut pants and golden mojris. Her straight luscious hair, a brown bag and round sunglasses sumed up her fresh look. We like her look but we wish that she would have added a pop of colour somewhere.

Rani Mukherjee

Rani Mukherjee failed to impress us in her ensemble which had olive green safety pin top with plain black bottoms, brown boots and an olive green jacket. We really don’t know what's going on in this look as it is all too dark and bland. We wish that she would have opted for a better proportion of colours in this look.

Katrina Kaif

Kaif always gives us major style goals but she fell a bit short this time. She showed up in a black denim with a simple printed tshirt and black boots. The outfit isn’t complementing her chiselled body and is just way too minimal but nonetheless she looks cool.

These are the looks that graced the airport. We gave a Yay to some and Nay to others but overall it was a good week. What do you guys think of these looks? Do comment and let us know.
