Deepika Padukone in a green Ashi Studio outfit: Yay or Nay?

Deepika Padukone is flying high! The actress has been jet setting across the globe - she was in London with beau Ranveer Singh for the shooting of their upcoming film 83 and then made her way to New York for a fund raiser event where she hung out with American supermodel Kendall Jenner! Last evening, she was back in India and made her way to another event showing us that nothing can stop her! 

The Padmaavat actress walked the red carpet of an awards show in an unconventional creation by Ashi Studio. The outfit was leaf-green in colour and came in two pieces. The off shoulder top featured balloon sleeves and had a high-low silhouette. She paired this with formal pants of the matching colour. Her stylist Shaleena Nathani completed Padukone's outfit with stiletto pumps, a hair tie and green and gold earrings that matched her outfit perfectly. 

Her makeup was on-point as always. A well-contoured look, bold smokey eyes, loads of highlighter, a nude lip and her hair pulled back into a messy low ponytail were all perfect for the red carpet and made the actress look pretty. 

We love Deepika's makeup but thought the outfit didn't flatter her at all! It looked crushed and the silhouette looked overbearing on the actress and was a total let-down as compared to the rest of the actress' outfit choices in the past.
