Chhapaak Trailer Launch: Deepika Padukone looks elegant in a black Emilia Wickstead dress with a twist

Making her way to the silver screen after two whole years, Deepika Padukone is all set to grace the big screen with her latest film Chhapaak. The film sees her starring opposite actor Vikrant Massey and tells the story of acid attack victim Lakshmi. The trailer drops today and for it, Padukone's latest look didn't let us down.
For the launch, Deepika kept it simple as she opted for a basic black full-length dress. The Emilia Wickstead number hugged her figure well flaunting her curves. The full-sleeve dress ended just above her ankles and she opted for simple black Giuseppe Zanotti stilettos with a feathered detail at the back of the ankle straps.
She chose to keep her accessories simple with a simple gold bracelet and drop-diamond dangler earrings that stole the show and made for a statement piece.
To complete this elegant look, Padukone glammed it up with a fresh flawless base. Well contoured cheekbones, loads of bronzer and highlighter did the trick for her. Filled-in thick brows, blended smokey eyes, loads of mascara and neutral peach lips did the trick to complete her glam.
Her freshly cropped locks were styled into a side parting and styled in a slick-back manner.
We love Deepika's look from head-to-toe. We thought she was perfectly styled by Shaleena Nathani. She carried off the outfit well and the accessories complemented her look without taking too much away from her outfit. Her smokey eyes and nude lips combination also went well with her dress, making the overall look a total yay form us!
