Cannes 2019: Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in Mugler: Yay or Nay?

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has been a woman of many talents. From impeccable acting to stunning fashion choices, she has never failed to surprise us. When it comes down to fashion., the ‘Ae Dil hai Mushkil’ actress does know how to rock a trendy thing or two.

This year, Aish kicked off Cannes in an exquisite gold dress by Jean Louis Sabaji. The custom made holographic dress did make her look like a real life mermaid. The dress however received a mixed bag of reviews compared to her previous red carpet appearances.

Further, Rai Bachchan made sure she was diva at Cannes as she squeezed in another stunning look during her trip. This time around, Aish steeped out rocking her street style in Mugler.

The 45-year-old actress made sure all eyes were on her as she wore a trendy red coat with a graphic vinyl detailing. The graphic details on the jacket did add an element of surprise to the entire look making it stand out. While, the trench coat was enough to grab eyeballs so the actress kept the remaining attire classic and chic. Blue jeans and a black top was chic enough to complete her look. A buckled belt was her choice of accessory for the day.

Lastly, Aishwarya opted for red heels and her signature red lip to complete the look. Overall, the ensemble was on point given that Rai Bachchan was well aware of the global fashion trends.
