Sonam Kapoor in Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla : Yay or Nay?

The very talented design duo Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla organised a fashion show last night to raise money and awareness for a charity organisation. Their long time friend and muse Sonam Kapoor was one of the many celebrities who came and walked the ramp to support the cause. Sonam's association with the design duo is well known and they worked extensively together while making costumes for Sonam's last film 'Veere Di Wedding'. Other celebrities who attended or walked the included Amit Bachchan, Jaya Bachchan, Shweta Nanda and Karan Johar. We also the very pretty, young thing on the Bollywood block, Shanaya Kapoor, who was in attendance with her mom Maheep Kapoor.

Sonam Kapoor is definitely one of those stunning actresses who can rock Indian wear and a couture gown with equal ease and confidence. We have seen her wear gorgeous gowns in bold hues over the past one week, so it was kinda refreshing to see her wear one of Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla's exquisite and intricate pieces. Her cream and gold heavily embroidered Anarkali had intricate work which I'm sure was even more divine once looked at up close. The subtle pop of colours in the Anarkali further added to its charm and the whole look.

She styled her look with a pair of matching chand balls and hair worn in a sleek bun with flowers around it.The final touch to the look came via her sindoor and a tiny bindi, which punctuate her look to utter perfection.
