Ariana Grande's perfume Cloud wins Fragrance of the Year, beats Kim Kardashian and Britney Spears
The Thank U Next singer's fragrance called Cloud won an award for best fragrance beating Kim K and Britney Spears's scents!
This year has already been phenomenal for Ariana Grande who has so far headlined Coachella and even toured the world! She went on to launch her own signature Starbucks drink - the Cloud Macchiato with both cinnamon and caramel flavours as well! But her next feat takes things to a new level all together!
The Fragrance Foundation Awards were held a couple of days ago for which Ariana took home the award for Fragrance of the Year, which was the Women's popular award for her fragrance - Cloud Eau de Parfum. It went up against KKW Body by Kim Kardashian West, Victoria's Secret Tease Rebel, Prerogative by Britney Spears and many more. Clearly, the competition for the perfume that is described as an "uplifting scent that imbues a thoughtful, artistic expression of positivity and happiness," was a tough one.
The scent has different hints of everything from coconut , pear, lavender and vanilla orchid all mixed together with a base of cashmere, to make it smell like your most favourite sweater. It comes in a cloud shaped bottle to match the name, and costs 60 USD.
But this isn't Grande's first perfume! Previously, she launched five other perfumes including Frankie, Moonlight, Ari and more and is not even the first musician to have launched her own fragrance. Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, Taylor Swift and even Rihanna have launched their individual fragrances that did well at the market.
Seems like Grande is ready to expand her empire, with the way she is going!
