Alia Bhatt stuns in a red Sabyasachi saree : Yay or Nay?
Alia Bhatt picked the Best Actress award at Reel Movie awards tonight. For the same, she wore a red saree from Sabyasachi
It's been raining awards for actress Alia Bhatt who has been busy attending back to back Bollywood awards events. The actress was in attendance at the Reel Movie Awards, which were held in Mumbai earlier tonight. The actress picked up an award for Best Actress for her portrayal of a spy in her 2018 movie 'Raazi'. The actress has already started 2019 on a high note with 'Gully Boy' and is now all geared up for her next release 'Kalank'.
For the red carpet appearance, she wore a look from Sabyasachi's newest Spring 2019 collection. The actress looked lovely in a red organza, embroidered saree that she teamed with a matching red blouse. Alia has been a big fan of Sabyasachi's designs and we think we see a pattern. She loves to pick head to toe monochrome looks from the designer. If you may recall, she wore an all green lehenga last year and then did an all yellow lehenga earlier this year.
She kept the styling simple and added a pair of chandelier gold earrings. The final touches to her look came via her minimal make up and hair worn in a simple centre parted low bun. It's a chic look and I like that she kept it simple and lovely.
Alia's next Kalank is up for release in April and she shares screen space once again with her first co-star Varun Dhawan. Later in the year, she will be seen opposite her beau Ranbir Kapoor in Ayan Mukerji's 'Brahmastra'.
