Karan Johar threw a welcome party for Katy Perry and needless to say the who’s who from the Bollywood industry graced the party and made their presence felt.
International pop star Katy Perry is all set to perform in Mumbai today. Needless to say fans are overjoyed, ecstatic and just cannot keep calm. The roar hitmaker clearly has a major fan-following not just amongst common fans but our Bollywood celebrities too. High profile director, producer and show host, Karan Johar threw a welcome party for the pop icon. The who’s who from the glamour and Bollywood industry graced the party and made their presence felt.
Former Miss World and global star Aishwarya Rai Bachchan walked in with her actor husband Abhishek Bachchan. Aishwarya stayed her elegant self as she opted for a black loose top which she teamed up with a pair of basic black denims. The diva glammed up her look by throwing in a purple cape jacket with elaborate Indian motif prints on it by Jade by Monica and Karishma. Rai Bachchan styled her look with her signature center parted poker straight hair, with filled in brows, eyeliner, red lips and a pair of golden Christian Louboutin peep-toe shoes.
We like how she did not jazz up the outfit by opting for something over the top. Extra brownie point for keeping it casual and yet jazzing it up adding hints of colour via her lip colour and through her jacket. All in all we really like the look and think that she aced it.
