Cannes 2017: Deepika Padukone, Adriana Lima, Emily Ratajkowski- Best and worst dressed from day 2

Day 2 saw the who's who of cinema step out to attend The ‘Loveless’ premiere at the 2017 Cannes Film Festival on Thursday.

White ruled the red carpet at Cannes as many of the ladies opted for timeless white gowns. Here is a lowdown of the best and worst dressed from Cannes film festival day 2. 

BEST DRESSED:

1. Deepika Padukone

Deepika Padukone did a minimalistic chic look for Day 2 appearance at the Cannes Film Festival. She wore a simple Brandon Maxwell gown. Her one-shoulder gown with a thigh-high slit and a long train was a perfect marriage of elegance and sexy.
Diamond earrings by De Grisogono and sandals by Chloé Gosselin played for perfect accessories for the look that she was going for.

2. Shruti Hassan

We have all been looking forward to seeing Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Sonam Kapoor and Deepika Padukone a the Cannes 2017 red carpet. However, some more beauties from B-town are here at the international film festival and are rocking it. 

Seen here is Shruti Haasan, who is there for the unveiling of her film Sangamithra. The light-eyed actress is sporting a lovely black gown for the Cannes red carpet and looks lovely as ever. She was seen wearing a high-low hemline black ensemble by Avaro Figlio. She channelled major punk rock princess vibes in this look. 

3. Lily Donaldson in Christian Dior at the Loveless premiere

Wearing a beautiful white Dior dress with sheer panels, Lily Donaldson nailed her red carpet look. 

4. Petra Nemcova in The 2nd Skin Co at the Loveless premiere

Another white number on the red carpet was this slashing neckline, hip-high slit gown by 2nd Skin Co. Petra Nemcova wore it with a top knot and some diamonds to bedazzle her. 

5. Michelle Williams in Louis Vuitton at the Wonderstruck photocall

 Michelle Williams looked cute and quirky in her fun printed Louis Vuitton midi dress. She added to the "quirk" of the look, pairing it with black gum boots. 

6. Adriana Lima in Naeem Khan at the Loveless premiere

Clearly white ruled the red carpet on day 2! Adriana Lima wore a classic white, strapless gown proving that some classic can never go wrong. 

7. Julianne Moore in Chanel

Her is another white look we love! Julianne Moore in Chanel. We love how the dress has white sequins and fur detail around the neckline. 

8. Winnie Harlow at the Loveless premiere

Winnie Harlow attended the Loveless premiere at Festival De Cannes, wearing Zuhair Murad  SS17 Couture. We absolutely adore this princess-like look on her. 

9. Rihanna in Chopard Jewellery and Caroline Scheufele

Slaying it like the boss chic she always is she hosted a party in association with Chopard to launch her Chopard jewellery collaboration collection. She wore a modish and edgy yet classic Caroline Scheufele look. 

WORST DRESSED:

1. Susan Sarandon in Chanel at the Loveless premiere

Susan Sarandon picked a rather "weird" outfit. She wore a pencil leather skirt and paired it with a white shirt, blazer and black sunglasses. 

2. Emily Ratajkowski in Peter Dundas at the Loveless premiere

Emily Ratajkowski wore a Peter Dundas gown to the Loveless movie premiere. The outfit was reminiscent of what Bella Hadid wore at Met Gala's, only worse. The weird sash around her waist and the trail that followed ruined the look further more. 

3. Robin Wright in Michelle Mason at the Loveless premiere

The House Of Cards Actress Robin Wright attended the Loveless premiere. In a sea of whites, she picked an emerald green gown. The look was rather basic and the cut and flow of it just didn't feel right.
