The Pinkvilla Fashion Review: Ok Jaanu
Set in the city of Mumbai, the outfits in 'Ok Jaanu', sum up the style sensibilities of the city where people are modern yet rooted. No one has more than 10 minutes to spare while getting ready in this fast paced life. There is an elaborate thought that has gone into the outfits to make the looks simple yet chic, young and quirky at the same time.

Shraddha Kapoor

She has a very easy-breezy-contemporary style. In the casual looks, she is seen wearing her denim shirt with denim pants, pleated midi, skirt with a graphic tee tied, Oxblood skater dress, midi dresses in Desi prints and fabrics, dungarees or a checkered shirt with a suede skirt.

There are a lot of Indian touches to her looks -like the green kurta or the blue dhoti pants paired with a white shirt and loafers. There is one really cool kurta she wears for a scene in Ahmedabad, It's an A-line kurta with a keyhole neckline - keep an eye out for that!

Her formal looks that she wore to work are our favorite part. From bright colored trousers paired with a white shirt along with suspenders to Crop tops with Maxi skirts and blazer, we love it all. She is also seen wearing a backpack which is constant to her looks - it is a brown, leather backpack with pom poms hanging on it.

Her dressier looks have a breezy vibe to it as well, like the red, one-shoulder gown she wore.

Aditya Roy Kapur

He was seen wearing Henley with ripped jeans, T-shirts with shorts and a cap. In all, his looks are very casual and something you see all 20 something-year-old guys wear.

We love how the looks of the characters transition as the movie progresses. When in Ahmedabad, he adapts to the culture and style there, hence wearing a bandhani shirt. It is such small elements in the characters' outfits that make such a huge difference.

Though we don't see any new trends starting with this movie, the styles are great and all looks are likable. On our Pinkvilla fashion review meter, we would rate this movie a 70%.
