Kangana Ranaut joined the team of 'Tutak Tutak Tutiya' at a promotional event, earlier today.
She wore a beautiful black dress with red Python print lace trims and metallic floral panels from Burberry. Black pumps and her signature curls rounded her look out.
The proportions looked quite off on her. The waist band needed to come higher and the hem shorter.
